Straight answers before you call.
A floor coating is only as good as the prep and the product underneath it, and you should not have to guess what it will cost or how long it will last. Here is how we work.
Get My Free EstimateHow much does a garage floor coating cost?
It depends on the size of the garage, the condition of the concrete, and the system you choose. Our Floor Designer shows you a range right away, and the free in-home estimate gives you an exact written price before any work begins.
How soon can I use my garage?
Most garage floors are installed in a single day. You can usually walk on the floor that evening and park on it in about 24 to 48 hours, and we give you a clear schedule on install day.
What is the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?
Traditional epoxy is a strong base coat but can yellow in sunlight and takes days to cure. Polyaspartic topcoats cure fast, resist UV, and flex better through freeze and thaw cycles, so we use them to finish most garage floors.
Will it peel like the DIY kits?
DIY kits usually peel because the concrete was only etched or washed. We diamond-grind every floor to open up the concrete and repair the cracks first, so the coating bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top of it.
Is it slippery when wet?
Full-flake floors have a textured surface that gives good traction, and we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat for even more grip in garages, basements, and shops.
What if something goes wrong later?
Every floor is backed by our [X]-year warranty against peeling and hot tire pickup. If the coating fails because of our work, we come back and make it right.
Full flake, metallic, or solid color. Built to handle Utah winters.
We coat garages, basements, shops, and commercial spaces, and we will tell you honestly which system fits how you use the space and what it needs to stand up to.
We grind and repair the concrete.
We diamond-grind the whole floor and fill cracks and pits, so the coating bonds into the slab and stays put.
We lay the base coat and the flakes.
A tough base coat goes down first, then we broadcast your color blend edge to edge for full coverage.
We seal it with a clear topcoat.
A UV-stable, high-gloss topcoat locks it all in. Most garages are finished in a single day.

Peeling or failed coating? We fix it.
DIY kits and cheap coatings often peel within a year. We grind off the old coating, repair the concrete underneath, and install a system that is built to last.
Commercial floor coatings that stand up to heavy traffic.
We coat warehouses, showrooms, commercial kitchens, gyms, and auto shops across Utah County, with installs scheduled nights and weekends so your business stays open.
