Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of theleadfurnace.com and anything you request through it, including the free Lead Leak Report. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our services
The Lead Furnace (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides websites, lead follow-up systems, and marketing services for home service businesses. The information on this website describes our services in general terms. Prices and features may change, and any paid service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement between your business and us.
Your website and what you own
This section explains what belongs to your business when you sign up for a paid plan. If your written service agreement with us says something different, the service agreement controls.
What is yours from day one. Your domain name, which is registered in your business’s name, belongs to you. So do your business phone number, your logo, your photos, the content you give us, and your customer and lead list. You can ask us to export your customer list at any time, and if you leave, we will help you move your domain and phone number to the provider you choose.
Your website after 12 months. While your plan is active, we license the website we build for you to your business. Once you have paid for 12 months of service, the website becomes yours. If you cancel after that point, we will give you a complete copy of the website that you can host anywhere, at no charge.
Leaving before 12 months. Your plan is month to month, and you can cancel any month. If you cancel before you have paid for 12 months and want to take the website with you, you can buy it out for $150 for each month remaining in your first 12 months. For example, if you cancel after 4 paid months, the buyout is $1,200. If you do not buy it out, we take the website offline when your service ends, and you still keep your domain, your phone number, your content, and your customer list.
What stays with us. The texting, follow-up, review request, and inbox system, our hosting, and any tool that runs on our platform or on an outside AI service, such as the AI photo visualizers for garage doors, painting, and landscaping, are part of the service and stop working when your plan ends. The templates, code, and design elements we use across many customers remain ours, but you may keep using them as part of a website that you own or buy out.
The free Lead Leak Report
When you request a Lead Leak Report, you confirm that you own the business you name or are authorized to request a review of it, and you allow us to call, text, and email that business and to submit its website forms the way a homeowner would.
The report is our honest opinion based on what we observe at the time of the test. It is provided for information only. Any estimates of lost jobs or revenue are estimates, and we do not guarantee any particular result.
Calls, texts, and emails
If you give us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your request and our services, including by text message if you choose to receive texts. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You agree not to misuse the website. That includes trying to break or overload it, gaining access to parts of it you are not allowed to use, sending false information through our forms, or using it for anything unlawful.
