Every call gets answered, even when you cannot pick up.
Your receptionist answers the calls you miss, at night, on weekends, and while you are on a job. It greets callers with your business name, asks the questions your trade needs answered, and books the job on your calendar before the homeowner hangs up.
It is included in Full Flame and White Hot, or $497 a month added to Pilot Light.

Questions about the receptionist.
Why is it cheaper on Full Flame?+
Setting up the receptionist at the same time as your website and text back saves us a second round of setup and testing, so we pass that savings on. Full Flame includes the receptionist for $597 a month in total. If you start on Pilot Light and add it later, it is $497 a month on top of your plan.
Will callers know they are not talking to a person?+
The receptionist sounds natural and friendly, and it will tell a caller it is an automated assistant if they ask. Most homeowners care far more about getting their problem handled tonight than about who answered.
What happens with a real emergency?+
You decide what counts as an emergency, like a burst pipe or no heat in winter. Those calls can be sent straight to your cell, and everything else gets booked for the next opening.
Do I need the receptionist if I already have missed-call text back?+
Text back works well when you can reply within a few minutes. The receptionist is for the hours when you cannot, like late at night or on a full day of jobs, so the homeowner gets booked while they are still on the phone.
What if I go over my minutes?+
Full Flame includes 200 minutes a month, and White Hot includes 500. We text you before you reach your limit, and extra minutes are 45 cents each. Unused minutes do not carry over.
Can I hear calls afterward?+
Yes. Every call has a recording and a written summary in the same inbox where your texts and form leads land.
